We accept payment by credit cards for orders up to $1000 including shipping with Visa, MasterCard or American Express. You can provide your Credit card details during the ordering process online through our website (the website has Comodo SSL security). Credit Card details can also be given by telephone if you don’t feel comfortable with providing information through the website. Your credit card will not be charged until the order is confirmed. We will send you an invoice and receipt of payment by email. Shipping details will be confirmed by seperate email.
Bank Transfer, Western Union or Check
We are able to accept payment by bank transfer, Western Union or Check. Please contact us by telephone or email when placing an order and we will provide you with the necessary details.
Please note orders can only be processed once payment has been cleared by the credit card company, PayPal or in the case of a transfer or check, payment received to our bank.
Shipping Times and Charges
All order in the value of $500 and above can only be shipped to a billing address. Orders below $500 may be shipped to an alternative shipping address according to our discretion.
Merchandise is shipped from Israel or one of our international associated offices to the shipping address you provide on the order. All shipments are insured and will be delivered by Airmail Postal Service, Fedex, DHL, or special courier, depending on the product and value. There is no extra charge for for standard shipping. Please allow up to 10-14 working days for delivery. There is an Express delivery option that takes between 2-5 (working days) at an extra charge. Our Express shipping rates are governed by the destination and weight and indicated during the order confirmation process.
Return Policy
It is very important you are totally satisfied with your product. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return the product within 30 days, in its original condition together with its packaging and you will receive a full refund.
If you do need to return a product, please contact us by telephone or email and we will issue a Return Authorization Number. This number needs to be written on the invoice for the product being returned. Once the returned item is received, we will issue a full refund (less shipping costs), within 10 days of receiving the item.
Please allow enough time to return the product within the 30 day period. If you are returning certified diamonds to us, it is important that the certificate is returned with the merchandise. Missing certificates will need to be charged to the customer and deducted from the refund.
Please make sure the package is fully insured when returning the product and request a return confirmation from the shipper. Return packages under $500 can be shipped by any shipping carrier. Packages over $500 should be sent by the local Postal Service, as Fedex, UPS and DHL will not insure packages above $500. For returns of Diamond or Jewelry shipments over $2000 please contact us for further addtional instructions.
