Also for the security of your information all transactions including credit card details are processed on line using Comodo SSL, a secure payment gateway which has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI).

The standard shipping to all countries world-wide is Free with no extra charge on top of the price of the product.
Express Delivery via EMS is an extra charge depending on the location. A table of the EMS approximate charges are as follows:

| Will I be charged sales tax or VAT? |

Bulrush does not charge sales tax on any products that are exported to customers outside Israel. Residents of Israel will be subject to 15.5% VAT charge on top of the Total Purchase Order value, if being shipped to an address in Israel.
| What if I want to return something? |
 |
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product you can return any item (in its original condition, not including custom orders) within 30 days of the date of your receipt for a refund or an exchange. Please see conditons of return and the returns procedure in the Return Policy under the Help Section of our web-site.
| Can I return a work of art once I’ve received it? |
 |
Works of Art that are stock items can be returned under the same conditions as other stock item products. However works that are especially made to order cannot be returned once they’ve been produced. Please note that as works of art are individually created, no two pieces are identical and there may be slight variations.
| Does Bulrush have other diamonds besides those listed on the Web-site? |
 |
We aim to help you as much as possible. If you cannot find the diamond of your dreams on our web-site, we will search our stocks for the diamond you are looking for. Please contact us by email: info@bulrush.co.il
or by phone (Sun-Thursday 09:00-18:00 Friday 09:00-13:00 except public and religious holidays) and we’ll search for the diamond you’re looking for.

| If it is a gift, will the price appear on the delivery note when it arrives? |

As orders are often gifts, we provide an option to withhold the price information on the delivery note.
| Who is responsible for orders during shipments? |
 |
Bulrush insures all orders, covering all risk of loss for shipments being sent to the customer. However, return shipments to Bulrush are the responsibility of the customer. Accordingly we advise all return shipments be insured for loss, theft or damage by the customer.
| Can you ship to an alternative address? |
 |
Yes we can ship to an alternative address, however if paying by credit card, we will need to contact the card owner to confirm the transaction prior to shipping. This is to protect card owners from fraudulent transactions.
| Can items be shipped to anywhere in the world? |
 |
We are able to ship anywhere in the world, as long as the country is able to accept direct shipments from Israel.
| What methods of payment does Bulrush accept? |
 |
We accept payment up to $1000 by the following credit cards (subject to approval): Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Credit Card payments can be processed through the web-site when checking out, or by phone. We also accept Paypal up to orders in the value of $10,000.
We also accept payment by Western Union for unlimited amounts, which can be arranged by emailing us at info@bulrushop.com or by phone (Sun-Thursday 09:00-18:00 Friday 09:00-13:00 except public and religious holidays).

| How long does it take for you to process my order? |

All orders can only be processed when full payment has been received

Orders for loose certified diamonds are subject to stock availability and take approximately 5 working days to process. Payment will not be taken until stock availability is confirmed. We will do our best to confirm availability within 24 hrs.

Jewelry items can be shipped within 7 working days but often less.

Works of Art are Made-to-Order and take approximately 14 working days to produce.

If the order is urgent, please enter your comments during the order process or phone or email us, and we will do our best to speed up the order.
| Can I cancel an order once it’s been placed? |
 |
All orders are not processed unitl full payment has been received. All orders for stock items can be cancelled up until the point of shipping, during that time a full re-imbursement will be made for canceled orders. Once the order has been shipped it can be returned by following our Return Policy Procedure. Products which are made-to-order such as works of art, can be cancelled up 48 hours after placing the order.
| What if I need the ring resized? |
 |
If your Bulrush ring does not fit when you receive it, it can be resized by either returning it to us, or resized at your local jeweler. However please note, that Bulrush is unable to accept rings for return or for resizing once the ring has been re-sized by another jeweler. Bulrush can resize a ring which has been purchased by up to one size, larger or smaller, free of charge within 21 days of its original shipment. Resizing will take approximately 10-14 business days. Please follow the instructions on our Return Policy, even if the ring is only being returned for resizing.
| What if I misplace my diamond or jewelry certificate? |
 |
All loose diamond orders are shipped with a diamond certificate (grading report). If lost, certificates can be replaced at the cost of a ‘Replacement Certificate’ which can be ordered from the diamond grading laboratory; the cost of which will depend on the laboratory and diamond size. Any diamond being returned without a it’s original certificate, unfortunately will require us to charge the customer for replacement. All Jewelry items are accompanied with an Appraisal Certificates. Jewelry certificates and appraisal certificates that are lost can be replaced free of charge.
| How can I be sure you don't have any conflict diamonds? |
 |
Bulrush Diamonds originate from DTC site holders which are legitimate sources not involved in funding Conflict, in compliance with UN resolutions. The UN formally defines a conflict diamond as a "diamond that originates from areas controlled by forces or factions opposed to legitimate and internationally recognized governments, and used to fund military action in opposition to those governments, or in contravention of the decisions of the Security Council." A conflict diamond is any diamond that is mined from an area in which there is war, or armed conflict.
Bulrush hereby guarantees that the diamonds are conflict free based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds.
Bulrush diamonds are sourced directly from Sight-holders of the DTC (DeBeers) which upholds and has taken part in the numerous Kimberley Process Review Missions. A Sight-holder is a customer of the DTC, and is supplied with rough diamonds according to its terms and conditions of supply.
| Why is there such a big difference between the Appraisal price and the Bulrush price, on jewelry items? |
 |
The appraisal price reflects the full retail value of the diamond or jewelry item for insurance purposes and is the amount you would expect to receive from your insurance company if your item was lost or stolen. As Bulrush purchases its diamonds from DTC site holders, and manufactures its own jewelry, our prices are way below that of retail stores, and we are able to offer significant discounts to our customers.
| How do I know that I'll get the actual diamond I ordered? |

All loosed diamond orders are subject to stock availability. Most diamonds listed are available and are shipped together with an grading certificate from an international diamond grading laboratory. All the measurements and parameters of the diamond including carat, cut, color, clarity, are fully detailed on the certificate and can be verified by any reputable jeweler.
| Will you create a custom piece of jewelry or make a slight alteration for me? |
 |
We are able to make slight modifications to jewelry within the limitations of the jewelry item. Special requests can be submitted when ordering. A customer service representative will be in contact prior to the order to discuss the feasibility of the request. Please note custom order are not returnable or refundable.
| What happens if I lose or damage the product I purchased? |
 |
Bulrush endeavours to ensure that all products are shipped to customers in good condition as intended by the manufacturer. Items such as Jewelry, are worn by customers on their person and are subject to daily wear and the possibility of damage. Bulrush cannot guarantee products purchased by a customer. However we will do our utmost to assist customers in repairing items when possible and where necessary. This may incur a charge where and when relevant.
Bulrush strongly advises customers to insure all products purchased from our company, against loss, theft or damage.
