It is very important you are totally satisfied with your product. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days, in its original condition together with its packaging, and you will receive an exchange or full refund.

Please make sure the package is fully insured when returning the product and request a return confirmation from the shipper. Return packages under $500 can be shipped by any shipping carrier. Packages over $500 should be sent by the local Postal Service, as Fedex, UPS and DHL will not insure packages above $500. For returning packages over $2000 we suggest you contact Bulrush for further instructions.
